Gluten free oats with chia, coconut yoghurt and strawberries

Recipe:

  1. 2 table spoons gluten-free oats
  2. 1 table spoon chia seeds
  3. 1 table spoon poppy seeds
  4. 100 ml water
  5. 1 tea spoon cinnamon
  6. 4 table spoons coconut yogurt
  7. 200 gram strawberries

Take the first 5 ingredients, mix them and wait for 15 minutes. Then add the cocnut yogurt and top with strawberries. Enjoy!

P.S. I mostly try to take organic strawberries, because normally the strawberries are full of chemicals and buying organic strawberries is always a better option.
